After talking with James and taking advice from several people, including - on Saturday - our own Simon Capewell and a long-standing friend, Professor Sian Griffiths who works with the Government, I have decided to suspend all Cantata Choir rehearsals for the foreseeable future and to cancel the 9th May concert. How we proceed beyond then depends on the spread or containment of the Corona virus. I hope that rehearsals will resume sooner rather than later. In the meantime, please keep safe.
